Launching Hug Pet Food
In 2020 we were asked to create and launch a new premium pet food brand, Hug. We carried out head-to-toe brand building for this project, including identity, packaging, sales and marketing materials, e-commerce website, strategy and ongoing marketing. Shaping a strong identity was a critical component of our work, from Hug’s warm, inclusive logo to the tone of voice and distinctive brand photography.
Our work continues with Hug, assisting with creative design, ongoing marketing and SEO activity.
The first 12 months saw very impressive increases in total website visitors, including month on month increases in traffic from organic sources, with the top 10 keywords rising by 467 ranking places.
The whole process of brand creation was second to none. I am thrilled with what we have achieved and continue to achieve as our brand evolves.
