Westbury Packaging is a specialist designer and manufacturer of corrugated cardboard.

After working with us for many years, in 2015 they decided to outsource all of their marketing to us on a retained basis. Their aim was to drive more traffic and high-quality enquiries to the business.

First, we undertook a review of their brand positioning, which was followed up with the creation of a new website. From there we crafted an integrated marketing strategy, focusing on regular “drumbeat” activities such as email marketing, content, and social media, drawing traffic to their new site.

During the first two years of the project, we increased monthly website enquiries by 400%.

We’ve also rolled out several highly personalised, tactical campaigns, combining direct mail with email marketing.
