So, when Gaiger Brothers approached us with plans to launch a sister company, Gaiger Homes, we were thrilled to help shape this exciting next chapter. 

Gaiger Homes represents an evolution of the Gaiger legacy. A homebuilding company focused on high-quality, environmentally conscious housing designed for modern living. Our brief was clear: to create a brand and website that felt aligned with Gaiger Brothers’ established reputation, while giving Gaiger Homes its own confident, contemporary identity. 

Creating a brand with purpose

We began by developing a visual identity that communicated trust, quality, craftsmanship and a calm, considered approach to home building. The brand palette, typography, and tone of voice were all chosen to reflect the elegance and environmental awareness at the heart of Gaiger Homes’ mission.

From there, our team designed and built the new Gaiger Homes website, focusing on clarity, usability and visual appeal. The result is a clean, intuitive platform that showcases upcoming developments, via an interactive map, sustainability commitments and the thoughtful ethos behind every Gaiger Homes project.
