Main Rates

Junior – £80 per hour
Middleweight – £100 per hour
Senior – £120 per hour
Strategic – £150 per hour

Other

Out-of-hours technical support – £150 per hour
Travel – staff rate plus travel cost (by car at 50p per mile). Please note, for efficiency and to reduce carbon emissions, we try to use technology options for meetings whenever appropriate.

We can work with you in 3 different ways;

Retained

Agreed monthly budget for agreed regular services. The benefits of being on a retainer with us are:

• > Your requirements are scheduled, team members allocated, and given priority to ensure that they happen
• > We can deliver almost any aspect of your marketing
• > Planning and strategy can be included 
• > Work is charged on a minute-by-minute basis
• > You can request additional work in any month on a one-off basis
• > You have an experienced Account Manager as your day-to-day contact
• > You have access to your own digital marketing analytics dashboard, showing all your KPIs in one place, plus much more
• > You receive regular monthly reports and quarterly full reviews to keep everything on track

Timesheet

This works like a monthly tab, for smaller ad-hoc requests. We charge for the work completed in any given month at the start of the next month. Time is recorded by-the-minute.

Quoted project

For new projects, we’ll estimate the investment needed and provide a full written proposal for your approval.
